Cannabis is an annual where I live in southern Ontario. In the spring I babied some feminized seeds, kept them warm and watered, and only one of six sprouted. Very disappointing. A couple of months ago, I separated some perennials, and was walking through the garden, plant in hand, looking for a bit of space (am I the only one who does this??) and found a welcome visitor. It was this Cannabis plant above, and two smaller ones at her feet. She must have survived the winter somehow. Welcome.
