Tucked within the garden is a survivor, a Cannabis plant that somehow overwintered in our cold winter, and sprouted again in the spring. Despite growing other plants from feminized seed, spoiling them with attention, water, fertilizers, growing them under lights in the basement, this one is my favourite. Because she is tough and resilient and glowing in the fall light.
